ATIS Service Provider Contact Directory

This database has been created by the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS) and its Next Generation Interconnection Interoperability Forum (NGIIF) to assist communications companies and other stakeholders in identifying contacts to address call termination and robocalling issues. This contact information facilitates reporting or passing on trouble reports to interconnecting companies. In addition, this database contains contact information for robocalling tracebacks and subpoenas.

This is intended only for use by industry professionals and should not be shared with end users. Established customer resolution processes should be used by end users to contact their service providers as appropriate.

ATIS NGIIF strongly encourages communications companies to provide/update information for the directory. Any service provider may request, free-of-charge, access to the database by creating an account and requesting editing privileges for their company’s contact information. Any information provided to ATIS will be used only to update the directory and will not be used for any other purpose.
